Beef Short Ribs

These ribs make a delicious treat, smoke them, braise them, slow cook them etc. There are no wrong ways to prepare these most importantly enjoy them.

All cattle are raised and finished on our farm until they are processed at our local USDA processing plant in Wilson NC. We have carefully selected for marble and feed efficiency in our herd. All cattle are grass-fed and grain finished the last 120 days to impart the most flavor and fat marbling.
