These Delicious ribeye's are a perfect dinner treat. We dry age for up to 21 days for maximum flavor and tenderness.
All cattle are raised and finished on our farm until they are processed at our local USDA processing plant in Wilson NC. We have carefully selected for marble and feed efficiency in our herd. All cattle are grass-fed and grain finished the last 120 days to impart the most flavor and fat marbling.
